Early '59 Les Paul Special Project

12/28/04: Get call from Rick 'I have your dream get over here fast.

                   The guitar is striped

                     '59 LP special 6 years before my birth. Serial number 9 1367 written on plastic control cover. 

One pick up needs a new bobbin.  

                   In a box are all the relevant parts. One PU is dead. All plastic, pots, bridge, wiring harness, tip, are complete. Missing Klusons has a set of late 50's Grovers.

2/3/05 I Got a set of original button single line Klusons off of ebay.

3/4/05: Tony of Tony's Creations (516.527.3439) takes refin Job. We talk color. Burnt cherry. Just a little fade. Tony will finish stripping then finish the guitar.

3/20/05 I got water slide decals off of ebay.

4/8/05 Guitar is complete . If you need a Refin Call Tony. Great work. The guitar is a freight train an steroids.... did I say it rips well...
